Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Islamic Gifts. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility:
   • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
   • Items purchased during a promotional period may be subject to special return conditions. Please check the promotional details for more information.
2. Return Process:
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at islamicgifts1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
   • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
   • Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email with the return.
3. Return Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Islamic Gifts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Restocking Fee:
   • All undamaged items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
   • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Processing:
   • Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days after the return is received. EFT details may be requested.
   • Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges:
   • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: final sale items, perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.
9. Policy Changes:
   • Islamic Gifts reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
